Can't find your policy in My Tower?
If you log in and notice that some of your policies aren't in My Tower yet, don't worry! You’ll be able to see them in My Tower as soon as they renew this year.
Unfortunately My Tower won't display your policy if it falls into one of these categories:
- Lifestyle block and farm policies
- Business policies
- Boat policies, or
- Your policy was set up through one of our banking partners.

Frequently Asked Questions
All Tower customers will be able to register and create a My Tower account. But because My Tower is brand new not all the features will be available for everybody just yet. Unfortunately My Tower won't display your policy if it falls into one of these categories:
- Lifestyle block and farm policies
- Business policies
- Boat policies, or
- Your policy was set up through one of our banking partners.
Just joined us? If you’ve just joined Tower you’ll be able to use My Tower to view the details of the policy you just bought, download your policy documents, make payments, submit a claim, change your excess and update some of your policy details. Already a Tower customer? If you’re an existing Tower customer, you’ll be able to access all these great My Tower features after your 2020 renewal date. Until then, you’ll still be able to see basic details about your policies, including when your policy renews.
Go to the My Tower registration page and sign up using the same name on your policy document, the email address you used when you bought your policy and create a password.

Yes - you can change your excess and update your sum insured, agreed value, specified items, and your address already through My Tower. We'll be launching new features to give you even more control over your cover in the coming months. Stay tuned for updates.
For any other changes you can chat to us online using the 'Chat with us' button, which you'll find in the bottom right hand corner of this page or within the My Tower portal. Or, you can submit your request via the 'Contact us' form in My Tower and we’ll sort it for you.
